Ranrev Media Lab provides custom software and digital services. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments are handled.

2. General Policy

Because our work is time-based and customized, refunds cannot be issued for delivered work or time already spent. However, under certain conditions, partial or full refunds may apply.

3. Refund Eligibility

Up-front deposits

100% refundable only if work has NOT started.

Undelivered or mismatched work

Partial refunds may apply if the final output does not match the documented scope and we are unable to fix it after attempts.

Retainer / monthly service credits

If agreed retainer work is not delivered, partial refunds or service credits may be applied.

Billing errors

Any duplicate or incorrect charges are fully refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed work or delivered assets
  • Time spent on research, meetings, or consultation
  • Third-party software, tools, or service fees
  • Monthly subscription cycles already delivered
  • Discounted or promotional packages

5. Cancellation Policy

Fixed-price projects

You will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Monthly plans

Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle. Current cycle fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with the outcome of a refund review, contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We aim for fair and transparent resolutions.
